Band Bio
JT Bevy is Salt Lake City based songwriter and producer Jake Thomas whose fierce low slung guitar meets the euphoric synth waves of modern pop in a thrilling fusion of gritty alt rock grooves and intoxicating pop hooks.
JT Bevy is a seasoned musical traveller who has played on over 1500 stages from California to New York, infusing a lifetime of musical experience into a sound that invokes the fiery passion of Jane’s Addiction, the epic grandeur of Imagine Dragons, and the addictive groove of The Red Hot Chili Peppers, all sprinkled with the contemporary charm of The 1975.

Jake’s musical journey began in the footsteps of his father, who was a professional touring and recording artist in the 60s and 70s. Performing regularly since 3rd grade, Jake formed his own band in 9th grade and went on a musical odyssey to play drums, bass, guitar, keyboards and vocals in bands and as a session musician. It has taken him far and wide, to stages big and small, with singles and sold-out shows where his listeners/fans, the ‘Bevy’, can feel alive in the moment, free to enjoy themselves and their universe.
JT Bevy is a musical force that puts the groove back into the roots of pop rock with uplifting energy and near as dammit universal appeal, defying limits like a mixtape of the best of all the genres to fit any mood. It keeps you singing and tapping your foot, whether you want to or not.

Studio Work - Frank Q Productions
Jake recorded, produced and played all the instruments the on the JT Bevy releases. Featured artists joined on a couple tracks giving the EP some dynamic style and genre versatility.
Jake's recording and production company is called FRANK Q PRODUCTIONS and works with other artists and bands with recording in studio and LIVE both with audio and video. With the live recording, the tracks are taken back to the studio to me mixed and mastered and then sync up with the video.
Jake has recorded, engineered, produced and played on several other artists original tracks with artist ranging from R&B/rap, heavy metal, electronic, classic county, alternative and pop rock. Producing is as a passion to Jake with an appreciation for all types of influences and genres.
